Rights and obligations under the guest-admission-agreement
1. If a room or an apartment is made available, confirmed or near-term provided, a guest-admission-agreement is formed. We recommend that lessor (host) and lessee (guest) set up a written confirmation.
2. The formation of the guest-admission-agreement obliges the contractual partners to fulfill the following obligations for the whole duration of the contract.
- The host is obliged to provide a room according to the terms of the agreement.
- The guest is obliged to pay the price for the room the duration of the booking.
3. The host is obliged to refund any moneys paid by the lessee regarding the letting of the apartment should the apartment be unavailable. (stimmt das inhaltlich so?)
4. If the guest is forced to withdraw from the contract before the start of the journey – we recommend that the guest will do so in writing – the following rates apply:
When accommodated in a hotel/guesthouse/boardinghouse and private rooms:
Until the 31st day before the start of the journey 10%, at least 16 EUR
Until the 21st day before the start of the journey 20%
Until the 11th day before the start of the journey 40%
After that 80%
If the booking was for a group of at least 15 persons the respective percentage will increase by 10%
When accommodated in an apartment:
Until the 45th day before the start of the journey 10%, at least 16 EUR
Until the 30th day before the start of the journey 25%
Until the 11th day before the start of the journey 40%
After that 80%
5. To avoid losses, the host is requested in good faith to rent the not utilized room to a different guest if possible. If the host is not able to rent the room to somebody else, the guest has to account for the loss.

Travel Cancellation Insurance
These days, it is common for travelers to close on a travel cancellation insurance contract if their trip takes them overseas. Unfortunately, this is still an exception for national journeys, although the insurance is cheap (from 9 EUR on, scaling according to the travel price) and it saves the guest from cancellation charges as well as the host from compensation fees in case of a travel cancellation. Travel cancellation insurances can be purchased at any travel agency. Please feel free to ask for it at the tourist information center – we are happy to send you an appropriate application form.
