Our most important varieties of wine

The fall in our region promises wonderful hiking experiences in a colorful scenery. Depending on the weather of the whole year and the altitudinal belt the climax of the autumn coloring is during the second or third week of October. The golden leaves of the wines form a beautiful contrast with the deep blue autumn sky. As you can use the tour tips you read before also in fall, we just want to entrust the main topic in fall to you: the experience of vintage. The Chasselas

Regent

Among the varieties of red wine the Regent holds a special position. On the one hand, it is a new cultivar, which received the status of being a variety only in 1995 and therefore there aren’t any old Regent cultivations in the Markgräflerland.
